DOES ADVERTISING REALLY WORK?

That is best answered by the stunning decline of the US automobile industry!

General Motors, in2010, led all automobile advertising in Magazines
spending                                                                             $385,380,000
More recently GM spent                                                     $535 million
                       Ford spent                                                    $292 million
                       Chrysler  spent                                             $186 million

Yet the combined market share of the big three American Car Companies fell from 70% in 1998 to 52% in 2008!
